Managing Director of the Practice, Ron provides the creative design lead in the office and as such he is responsible for the predesign and design phases of all major projects carried out by the Practice. Ron’s extensive experience has equipped him with excellent communication, facilitation and innovative design skills which he brings to each and every project.
His design approach is endlessly refreshing. Coupled with his design skills and sense of humour, is his ability to lead and inspire teams within the Practice, ensuring design success is assured. Ron has developed a reputation for his pre-design skills namely brief preparation, feasibility studies, masterplanning and design option analysis. An integral part of this capability is his ability to clearly articulate and communicate the key issues involved in both written and spoken word.
Managing Director of the Practice, Con is an impressive leader, guiding his team in the successful completion of large commercial and institutional projects. He is a most reliable and experienced facilitator, well practised in project management, programming, client liaison and negotiation . As Project Director/ Coordinator, Con coordinates the various disciplines and project teams within the office and the consultants from the Schematic Design stage and he is always committed to the project until critical completion. His role ensures that clients, staff, consultants and builders have a singular and constant point of contact and responsibility.
Sought after by clients in both the private and Government sectors, Con’s friendly personality belies a brilliant and dedicated architect.
Graham has extensive experience gained over 20 years working with Peter Hunt Architect on a wide range of projects varying from Local and State Government commissions to large industrial projects. He is well practised in client liaison, predesign, brief writing, masterplanning, design development, contract documentation and contract administration. He is skilled in facilitating and coordinating projects of a complex nature. As a project leader, Graham is able to prepare innovative masterplanning and refine concept design ideas and with his knowledge of construction, materials and products, is able to further develop the project into a well detailed, cost and space efficient building solution.
His reliability and unflappable demeanour has enabled him to develop sound working relationships with both private clients and Government agencies.
Michael is the Manager of the Peter Hunt Architect NSW Office and has worked on a wide variety of projects valued from under $1 million to over $250 million in Australia, Singapore and USA. Roles have included construction management, site architect, project architect, project superintendent and project director. Michael has a wide range of project experience including complex industrial, aquatic leisure and secure environments. Several of these recent projects have occurred within operational facilities bringing with it additional issues of complexity, co-ordination and planning. Michael prides himself in maintaining close interaction with his clients, consultants & contractors to ensure the best project outcomes.
Brian is an Associate in the Practice and responsible as a Project Architect for a range of project types and client groups. He has over 27 years’ experience in the profession and has worked in both large and small firms as a Project Architect.
He works closely with client groups and is involved from brief development and project definition, concept and schematic design (including 3D visualisations) through to design development and documentation. With Brian’s design experience and flair, excellent construction knowledge, clients are ensured of an outcome that is both visually exciting, meets all functional requirements and is documented to ensure the building is of the highest possible quality of construction.
Having a quiet disposition, Brian is an inspiring project leader and a designer having exemplary creative skills. He prefers where possible, to retain involvement throughout the project to ensure that the design intent and quality of construction on site is followed through with the contractor.
