Council House Refurbishment

This highly complex project involved complete stripping, recladding and refurbishment of the 1960s heritage-listed building which accommodated Council Chambers, civic reception areas and the offices of the Perth City Council. The project also included a new underground car park for 95 cars, with the heritage-listed Stirling Gardens expanded over the car park and provision of new, appealing office suites for Triple A private tenancies. Additional floor space was created and new mayoral suites included.

This project received the Australian Institute of Architects Recycled Award and the WA Property Council Award.
